Returns Policy


If any product does not meet your expectations, there is a period of 7 working days from the day you have receipt it to return or change it.

Before shipping the product, contact us by email at within 24 hours from the order receipt, with the subject "return" or "change" and indicating the invoice number and the product you want to return. FactorChic will contact you to inform you about the procedure. No changes or returns will be accepted if it has not previously been notified by e-mail.
Shipping charges for returns or changes will be charged to the customer (except in case of defective products or products that not correspond to the purchase). The shipping costs will be discounted from the total amount owed to the client. The payment shall be made within 7 working days since FactorChic receipts the products, in the same payment method used by the client.
To return or change a product, the following items are checked:
- All products must be in perfect condition and with its original packaging presentation.
- Must not have been opened or unsealed (in the case of items with original seal).
- Must not have been handled or used.
- They must be sent in the same condition it was received, with its original packaging, and with all accessories, instructions and documentation attached.
All returns will be reviewed to verify the above conditions. If the product is not accepted by FactorChic because does not met the above conditions, the products will be shipped back to the customer. Shipping costs in these cases will be paid by the customer.
Personalized products (with some manipulation to adapt or customize for the client , products manufactured on demand or with personalized inscriptions) are not returnable; unless they have arrived with malfunction or defective products. In these cases, the instructions to returns the product are the same explained above for returns or changes.
In case of defective products or products that not correspond to the order, please contact us by e-mail: within 24 hours from the order receipt to notify this. FactorChic will contact you as soon as possible to solve it, and will pay the shipping costs.
